Ingredients
- 90 gr Stelline Diamond
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 266 gr tomato puree
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 700 ml of water
In a medium saucepan heat the oil. Add the tomato puree and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring. Add water and salt and bring to a boil. Finally add the pasta and let it cook for around 6-7 minutes. Serve with toasted bread and minced parmigano
